Press Brake Operator (AMADA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to precise specifications.

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the appropriate settings for the press brake machine.
• Set up and adjust the machine controls to ensure accurate and efficient production of metal components.
• Operate the press brake machine to bend and form metal sheets into various shapes and angles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers for accurate measurements.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, laser cutting, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Experience in programming press brake machines is a plus.
• Knowledge of operating a crane or forklift is desirable.
