Position Overview

Yarbrough Industries is seeking dependable and motivated Press brake operator to join our fabrication department. We are hiring for both entry-level and experienced fabricators. Team members in this department work on a wide range of custom projects — from new equipment builds to repair and modification work — using modern fabrication tools and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings to fabricate parts accurately. Self inspect finished products.
• Fit, align, and assemble components using appropriate measuring and layout tools.
• Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments when projects overlap.

Future Opportunities

• Set up, operate, and maintain various fabrication machinery such as, press brakes, rollers, saws, drills, waterjet and laser, TIG welder, etc.
• Qualifications
• 1+ year of Press Brake experience — trainees with aptitude and a willingness to learn will be considered.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
