Press Brake Operator

Position Summary

HitchCo, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating a press brake to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a press brake to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurements.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Set up machines and adjust settings as needed, with training provided when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous press brake or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
