What You'll Do

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components for our custom work trucks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
• Select and adjust tooling to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist in other production areas as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools.
• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and measurements.
• Ability to operate computerized equipment and learn new processes.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain through company-provided training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle heavier tooling with appropriate assistance.
