Akey Manufacturing is hiring a production Press Brake / Plasma Table Operator to support our growing production workload. This role is for someone who can independently set up and run jobs, follow prints and processes, and take pride in consistent, repeatable output.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No weekends or mandatory OT

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate press brake equipment, including tooling and bend adjustments
• Set up and operate the plasma table by loading programs and managing cut quality
• Run repetitive production jobs to print — not one-off fabrication
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Follow established processes, prints, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate issues early so problems are solved before they grow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience independently setting up and running:
• Press brakes (tooling, programs, adjustments)
• Plasma tables (program loading, cut quality control)
• Comfortable with repetitive work and clear processes
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow safety rules, shop standards, and company policies
• Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for a full shift
