What they need

At Speedrack, you're not just an employee - you're an owner. Since 2023, we've been 100% employee-owned, which means everyone here has a real stake in our success. Fewer than 1 in 200 American companies can say the same.

Ownership matters. It drives collaboration, innovation and pride in everything we do. When you join Speedrack, you join a team that's invested in each other and in the future we're building together.

We also believe in giving back. Through our Speedrack Serves initiative, employee owners strengthen the communities where we live and work. Every team member is encouraged to participate, with up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year for company-sponsored volunteering.

We know the value of balance. From team-building events to training opportunities to company-wide celebrations, we create opportunities to connect, recharge, and have fun together.

Our culture blends hard work with teamwork, collaboration with innovation, and purpose with pride.

At Speedrack, you'll find more than a job - you'll find ownership, community, and a team that works hard and plays hard together.
