PRESS OPERATOR

About the Role: Rockfront LLC is looking for a skilled Press Operator, Flexographic printing and machine production expert to join our team in Aurora, CO! Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor press machinery to meet production specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality control and dimensional accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Read and interpret work orders and technical specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Monitor material feed and make real-time adjustments to ensure consistent output
• Document production runs, downtime, and any quality issues accurately

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating industrial press equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read work orders, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality production standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
