Objective:

Operate machinery to produce parts that meet customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tools and machinery as per experience level.
• Align, secure, and inspect workpieces for accuracy.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.
• Train personnel as assigned (Levels IV-V).
• Complete paperwork and maintain records.
• Promote and adhere to safety protocols.

Environmental Exposure:

• Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 4x10

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in setup and operation of equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and close vision required.
