Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Press Shop Supervisor for our radiator manufacturing unit. Candidates with prior experience in the radiator manufacturing industry will be given first preference. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sheet metal press shop operations, production handling, manpower supervision, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily press shop production activities.

· Handle sheet metal press operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

· Monitor machine performance, die setup, and production quality.

· Manage operators and shop floor manpower efficiently.

· Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of press machines.

· Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production departments.

· Minimize rejection and improve productivity.

· Maintain daily production reports and shop floor discipline.

· Update production data and reports in ERP system and Excel sheets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

· 3–6 years of experience in press shop and sheet metal manufacturing.

· Experience in radiator manufacturing industry is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of power press machines, tools, dies, and sheet metal processes.

· Computer knowledge including ERP system, MS Excel, and basic MS Office.

· Ability to handle manpower and production planning.

· Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
