- Create precise 3D assemblies and comprehensive 2D manufacturing drawings with appropriate GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerances.
- Design high-precision press tools with required standards.
- Conduct design reviews, simulations, and value engineering to optimize tool life, reduce cycle time, and minimize manufacturing costs.
- Maintain up-to-date engineering records, revision histories, tool design standards, and safety/quality compliance logs.
