Pressure Washer Technician

Job Overview

Brunson’s Pressure Washing is hiring motivated technicians to deliver 5‑star exterior cleaning and outstanding customer service. We train driven people into skilled pros, reward hustle with commission, and offer real weekly earning potential for those who show up, learn, and grind.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure-wash and soft-wash equipment on residential & commercial jobs
• Prep and protect job sites, landscaping, and property
• Clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, roofs (soft wash), gutters, and storefronts
• Load/unload and maintain equipment; perform basic checks
• Communicate professionally with customers; complete jobs to 5‑star standards
• Work sunup to sundown as needed
• Perform ladder use for accessing high or hard-to-reach areas during exterior cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional pressure‑washing experience with a reputable company; must be able to describe past projects, equipment used (hot/cold washers, surface cleaners, rotary wands, water reclamation systems), and safety practices.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain commercial pressure‑washing equipment safely (gas/diesel pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, surface cleaners) and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights, bending, and standing for long periods; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to perform surface prep, spot treatment, chemical mixing/dilution per label directions, and follow environmental/surface‑protection protocols (tarps, runoff control).
• Strong attention to detail to deliver consistent, high‑quality results on siding, decks, patios, concrete, driveways, roofs, and commercial exteriors.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic; able to work flexible schedules, including sunup‑to‑sundown shifts when required.
• Coachable with the ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and work well in a crew.
• Clear verbal communication and a basic customer‑service mindset for interacting professionally with clients on site.
• Willingness to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening (if required).

Optional / preferred (will be prioritized in hiring)

• Certifications or training in pressure‑washing, surface cleaning, or related trade (OSHA 10 or similar).
• Experience with water reclamation systems, environmental compliance, and commercial or historic‑property cleaning.
• Valid CDL or experience hauling trailers and equipment
