Supreme power wash

About Supreme Power Wash
We’re a fast-growing San Diego exterior cleaning company working with hotels, dealerships, restaurants, fleets, and homeowners. We’re not looking for someone to just hold a wand. We want people who take pride in their work, treat clients right, and want to grow with us. The more jobs we get done, the more we all make.
What You’ll Do

Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, storefronts, and fleet trucks

Clean windows, gutters, and solar panels, which means regular work on ladders and roofs

Show up on time, represent the company professionally, and leave every job looking right

Talk with clients, answer their questions, and leave them impressed

Spot extra work the client could use (dirty windows, clogged gutters, stained concrete) and bring it up

Help turn one-time jobs into recurring service clients

Who We’re Looking For

Always on time, every time

Friendly and professional, the kind of person clients like having around

Hungry, someone who wants more work and more money, not less

A hard worker who gets it done right, not just done

A quick learner who takes feedback well

Not afraid of heights or ladders. You’ll be up on ladders and roofs regularly, and you need to be comfortable up there.

Happy working outdoors all day

A team player who fits a culture of respect, effort, and ownership

Requirements

Must not be scared of heights. You’ll climb ladders and work on rooftops every week.

Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day

Reliable transportation to work

Available 5+ days a week

Experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right person.

Why Work With Us

Steady full-time work with overtime available

Paid training

Bonuses for upsells and for signing recurring clients

A clear path to Lead Tech as the company grows

A team that works hard and has each other’s back

We’re looking for hungry, reliable techs who want to work hard, make clients happy, and grow with a company that’s going places. No experience? No problem. We’ll pay you to learn the trade. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, there’s real room to move up and earn more here.
