Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) Coordinator

Tricel Portsmouth is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) Coordinator to support the management and growth of our preventative maintenance contract portfolio.

This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting contract renewals, coordinating commissioning activities, and ensuring accurate contract and equipment records. Duties And Responsibilities Maintain the current PMC database, including renewal quoting, equipment updates, and all customer communications relating to PMCs.

Grow the existing PMC database through following up on commissioning works, installation works, and suspended contracts.

Raise sites and equipment records for commissioning.

Prepare RAMS using existing company templates.

Provide cover for existing Coordinators during periods of holiday or sickness.

Follow up on outstanding commissioning activities.

Carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the Line Manager.

Skills And Characteristics Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent English and Maths skills.

Excellent timekeeping and attendance.

The ability to work effectively within a small team.

Experience using CRM systems.
