Here’s a deeper dive into what you’ll take on:

Business Development & Sales

  • Present service solutions, proposals, and maintenance agreements to prospective clients and negotiate contract terms.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics including pipeline activity, contract renewals, new service agreements, revenue growth, and customer retention.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, and industrial customers.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication, account reviews, and identification of additional service opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, system performance, regulatory requirements, and preventative maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain and foster proactive and positive relationships with customers, within the JH Kelly team, management, craftspeople, and project teams.

Facility Assessments & Solution Development

  • Conduct site visits and facility assessments to evaluate HVAC and plumbing systems and identify preventative maintenance opportunities.
  • Develop customized maintenance agreements and service solutions based on customer operational needs, asset conditions, and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, service managers, and technicians to develop accurate scopes of work, service proposals, and contract pricing.

Operations & Service Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Work closely with service operations to ensure customer expectations are met regarding scheduling, service delivery, and quality standards.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and facility maintenance.
