The Role As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you’ll focus on routine inspections, repairs, and upkeep to ensure all systems and equipment function at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Complete inspections and record findings accurately
• Address minor repairs before they escalate
• Support guest room maintenance and property‑wide upkeep
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas
• Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects
