𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Preventive Medicine Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced Preventive Medicine physicians to serve as Preventive Medicine Advisors. This role is ideal for physicians with expertise in preventive care, population health, lifestyle medicine, public health, chronic disease prevention, occupational health, value-based care, digital health, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation.

As a Preventive Medicine Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insight to help Fruit Street Health strengthen its virtual preventive care platform, improve patient engagement, support product development, and expand evidence-based approaches to chronic disease prevention and population health. This is a flexible, remote advisory opportunity for physicians who are passionate about improving long-term health outcomes through prevention, technology, and innovation.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, population health, chronic disease prevention, value-based care, digital health, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, and related initiatives.

• Advise Fruit Street Health on clinical best practices, patient engagement strategies, preventive care workflows, evidence-based guidelines, and opportunities to improve health outcomes across diverse patient populations.

• Offer subject matter expertise on preventive screening, risk reduction, behavioral health interventions, nutrition, physical activity, obesity management, workplace wellness, and public health initiatives.

• Share insights on physician adoption, healthcare system integration, reimbursement trends, quality measures, employer health strategies, and scalable preventive care delivery models.

• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and provide practical recommendations based on your clinical, operational, and population health experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing Preventive Medicine.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Preventive Medicine preferred.

• Experience in lifestyle medicine, population health, occupational medicine, public health, chronic disease prevention, value-based care, digital health, healthcare AI, telemedicine, healthcare leadership, or healthcare innovation preferred.

• Strong understanding of preventive care delivery, quality improvement, patient engagement, chronic disease management, health equity, population health analytics, and technology adoption.

• Ability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
