Price Canvasser

We are looking for a detail-oriented Price Canvasser responsible for researching market prices, assessing product values, and identifying competitive purchasing opportunities. The ideal candidate has knowledge or experience in industrial equipment, machinery, tools, or industrial supplies to support accurate pricing and profitable purchasing decisions.

The candidate will be deployed in HMR Cebu (inside SM Hypermarket along M. Logarta Avenue in Barangay Subangdaku, North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Cebu)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compare market prices from suppliers, dealers, and other sources.
• Assess the value of industrial equipment, machinery, tools, and other items based on condition, specifications, and market demand.
• Conduct product inspections and field assessments when necessary.
• Monitor market trends and recommend competitive pricing and purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams regarding pricing and inventory.
• Maintain accurate pricing records and valuation reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in price canvassing, purchasing, market research, or product valuation is an advantage.
• Background in industrial equipment, machinery, tools, or industrial supplies is highly preferred.
• Good research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and on-site inspections when required.
