Summary:

We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.

Duties Include:

· Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements.

· Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions.

· Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards.

· Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.

· Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.

· Experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
