Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the team based at our ANZ Head Office in Sydney CBD . The role is reporting to the ANZ Pricing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rate setting, margin management, and distribution to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and presenting pricing strategies to enhance profitability and align with business goals.
• Track the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability, recommending further enhancements as needed.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to recommend adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure the accuracy of all pricing adjustments while adhering to regulatory requirements and mitigating financial risks.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills.

General Experience and personal qualities:

• Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally within the foreign exchange, banking, or financial services sector, is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex pricing data clearly.
• Collaborative and team-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
