Pricing Analyst

RLB Professionals is hiring a Business & Pricing Analyst.

For an international automotive group, located approximately 20–25 kilometres from the centre of Prague, we are supporting the search for a Business & Pricing Analyst .

In this role you will deliver accurate, actionable commercial insights that drive sales performance, margin improvement and effective customer bonuses and rebates. You will own global Aftermarket pricing, balancing profitability and competitiveness while supporting Sales, Finance and Management in making data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and proactively act as a bridge between data, commercial pricing and business performance

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for aftermarket pricing, KPI correctness, and timely delivery of reporting.
• Prepare and maintain price files and pricing analyses for new items, new regions, periodic price reviews, complete price lists, tenders, and specific commercial requests.
• Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards ( Power BI ) for sales, bonuses, and margin KPI’s.
• Extract and prepare data using SQL Server and Power Query.
• Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies and traceability of business rules.
• Analyze sales development and profitability drivers (price, discounts, bonuses, mix, cost impact) and explain variances on prior period, plan and forecast.
• Benchmark competitor and market pricing and combine this with product value.

Your profile:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (preferable International Business and Management, Finance or Commerce).
• You’re business minded, analytical, accurate with figures and problem-solving thinking.
• Excellent Microsoft skills (especially Excel).
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven pricing experience in the Business to Business.
• Experience with Power BI (data modeling, measures, dashboard design, DAX proficiency).
• Hands-on experience with margin, profitability and customer conditions (bonuses, rebates or discounts).
