Billing & Pricing Analyst – Entry Level

A leading manufacturer is seeking an Entry-Level Billing & Pricing Analyst to join its Finance team in Wilmington, DE.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build experience across billing, pricing, financial analysis, customer programs, and cross-functional business operations .

What You’ll Do

• Process and review daily customer invoices for accuracy
• Apply customer-specific pricing, contracts, promotions, discounts, and programs
• Process pricing adjustments, credits, and warranty-related transactions
• Research and resolve billing and pricing discrepancies
• Maintain customer, pricing, and sales data
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects
• Use Excel and the JDE ERP system to analyze and maintain financial information

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong entry-level candidates will be considered
• Experience in AP/AR, billing, customer service, sales support, accounting, or financial analysis is helpful
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or distribution experience and JDE/Oracle experience are a plus

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Wilmington, DE

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000
