Pricing Analyst - Service Provider

Our client is a multi national company looking for a commercially astute Pricing Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing winning pricing strategies across a diverse portfolio of Facilities Management services. From cleaning and security to grounds maintenance and integrated FM solutions, you'll help ensure bids are competitive, profitable and commercially robust.

About the role

Working closely with operational leaders, business development teams and finance, you'll develop accurate pricing solutions that balance customer value with commercial performance.

You'll analyse labour, equipment, materials and overhead costs, identify efficiencies and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilites

• Develop pricing models for Facilities Management tenders, bids and contract renewals.
• Analyse labour-based service delivery models and resource requirements.
• Build detailed financial and commercial forecasts.
• Partner with Operations and Business Development teams to understand service requirements and operational assumptions.
• Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis.
• Review contract performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support the preparation of tender responses, pricing schedules and commercial documentation.
• Perform scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure all pricing submissions align with business governance and approval frameworks.
• Present commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Experience in a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security, Property Services, Technical Services or broader service-based industries.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
• Experience pricing labour-intensive service contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

Highly regarded:

• Experience with integrated FM or multi-service contracts.
• Knowledge of enterprise pricing, workforce planning or bid management tools.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related field.
