Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Freight Forwarding Pricing and Documentation Specialist to handle day-to-day rate procurement, competitive quotation preparation, and export/import compliance documentation. You will act as a key link between our sales teams, clients, and global transport carriers (ocean, air, and land) to ensure seamless and cost-effective cargo movement
Manages carrier rate negotiations, crafts client quotes, and executes regulatory shipping paperwork for import and export operations
