About Us

Express Global Logistics is an international logistics company headquartered in Japan, specializing in the export of vehicles and auto parts Pakistan. We also provide customs clearance and transportation services across Japan. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pricing and Operations Executive to join our Karachi office.

Position: Pricing and Operations Executive

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and career-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge and proven experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor's degree Graduation
• Candidates who are currently pursuing further education are not eligible.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a operations in a Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics company.
• Strong commitment to building a long-term career with our company (minimum 3–4 years).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly bookings, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
• Monitor operation flow and bugs control.
• Coordinate with team and management.
• Prepare management reports and support operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Perform other pricing and documentation-related duties as assigned with team.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of export operation principles.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and software.
• Experience in shipping line coordination pricing sector mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 90,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
