About The Position What will you do as a Pricing & Promotion Specialist? As a Pricing & Promotion Specialist in our Pricing & Promotion team, you help EQOM Group, known for brands such as EasyToys, Amorelie and Adam & Eve, to price and promote more sharply and more smartly. Part of your time you work on pricing and promotion questions within our B2B division, where we supply marketplaces, retailers and wholesalers. In addition, you take on data and analysis questions that affect the entire team. With us, you work not only with data but also with AI: we automate recurring analyses and reports with smart AI workflows, and you help to further develop and apply them. You report to the Head of Pricing & Promotion and work closely with the Pricing & Promotions team and the B2B team. You do this by, among other things:

• Analysing prices, promotions, margins and competitive position, and translating the outcomes into concrete pricing and promotion advice, particularly for B2B customers such as marketplaces, retailers and wholesalers.
• Building reports and dashboards and automating recurring analyses using AI tooling.
• Taking on data and analysis questions within the team, including outside the B2B domain, and working with colleagues to bring them to a solution.

About You You work accurately and independently, with an eye for detail and quality. You also bring the following qualities:

• You are analytical and enjoy diving into data, recognising patterns and drawing clear conclusions from them.
• You are commercially minded and think along about what a price does for revenue, margin and the customer.
• You are a clear communicator who translates figures into a story that colleagues can act on straight away.
• You are curious, have an affinity with data and AI, and enjoy picking up new tools and ways of working.

Do you bring the following to our company? We think you will be successful in this role if you:

• Have a university-level (WO) working and thinking capacity
• Have 2 years of experience as a pricing analyst, promotion analyst, commercial analyst, data analyst or in a similar role
• Speak and write fluent Dutch and English
• Have an affinity with data and AI and enjoy working with them in practice; programming experience is not required
• This role requires a minimum of 2 office days per week at our Hilversum or Veendam location.

Preferably also have experience with B2B or wholesale, or with pricing in e-commerce or retail
