Pricing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating price lists, quotations, and pricing documents.
• Process and monitor pricing requests from the Sales and other relevant departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Sales, Product Management, and other departments regarding product costs, pricing, discounts, and availability.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing information in internal records and systems.
• Maintain and organize pricing databases, product lists, and related documents.
• Assist in reviewing product costs, selling prices, discounts, and margins.
• Monitor changes in supplier prices and update internal pricing records accordingly.
• Prepare pricing reports and summaries as needed by management.
• Assist the Sales Team in addressing pricing-related inquiries and requests.
• Perform other administrative and pricing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• With experience in pricing, sales administration, purchasing, inventory, or related functions is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and pricing information.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Office Location:

• AGGCT II Building, V. Luna corner Matapat St., Brgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City (In front of AFP Medical Center, beside Petron Gasoline Station)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday - 8:00AM to 6:00PM
• Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM
