Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the pricing of reinsurance for international business within the life and health insurance sector, and design and formulate suitable overall reinsurance solutions based on the regional market characteristics.

2. Track and review the operational performance of international reinsurance portfolios, dynamically monitor business risks and portfolio quality, and provide optimization and adjustment recommendations for reinsurance programs based on operation and risk monitoring insights.

3. Participate in the preparation of actuarial pricing reports, the drafting of reinsurance contracts, the review of terms, and provide technical support.

4. Conduct specialized research on life and health insurance pricing methodologies, market and business risk trends to support pricing decisions.

5. Conduct research and design work on reinsurance model innovation, emerging risk business assessment, and risk management solutions for international business operations.

6. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the pricing model for the international business of life and health insurance, update and refine pricing policies and operational guidelines, and ensure the effective implementation of the pricing framework.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, etc. Those who hold qualification certificates of SOA, IFoA, FIAA or other domestic and international actuarial professionals (including associate level) are preferred.

2. About 5–8 years of work experience in reinsurance companies or international reinsurance brokerage firms, with hands-on pricing experience in life and health reinsurance, and prior involvement in international reinsurance business within the Asian region.

3. Proficient in actuarial software and applications and familiar with the pricing logic for life and health reinsurance.

4. Possess excellent learning and research skills, as well as data logic analysis capabilities. Be capable of connecting with various internal and external parties, and have good cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

5. Possess fluent English reading, writing and communication skills, and be suitable for the regular work scenarios of cross-border business in Asia.
