Pricing Coordinator

We are Japan-based trading company. Our sale parts are mainly electronic parts related to automotive. We have total 16 branches around the world and have a business with over 500 companies (Only Autmomotive devision)

Job Description

• Make quotation and input data for new projects
• Correspond RFQ with customers and suppliers
• Update quote reguraly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
• Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
• Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
• Handling price issues, negotiating with suppliers and related parties
• Support/guidance for coodinator staff
• Find areas of improvement through daily jobs and suggests to supervisor

Qualification

• Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC around 750)
• Excellent communication skills (clarity, well organized thinking)
• Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel xlook up/Pivot table)
• Person who has around 3 years trading knowledge/experience
• Person who has experience about quotation/pricing
• Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
• Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
• Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team
