💼 Job Responsibilities

• Source competitive freight rates from carriers and overseas agents
• Prepare and send quotations to customers promptly
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and business partners
• Support sales team with pricing and rate inquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas agents
• Monitor market trends and freight rate movements
• Ensure timely responses to all pricing requests

✅ Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry preferred
• Knowledge in air freight and sea freight pricing is an advantage
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
