Pricing Executive – LogisticsJob Summary

We are looking for a Pricing Executive to manage and coordinate pricing activities for our logistics and freight services. The role will be responsible for obtaining competitive rates from carriers and service providers, preparing customer quotations, maintaining pricing data, and ensuring commercially competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide freight quotations to customers based on their requirements.
• Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, agents, and other service providers.
• Maintain updated freight rates, tariffs, surcharges, and pricing databases.
• Analyze market rates and competitor pricing to ensure competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams regarding pricing and quotations.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and aligned with company pricing policies.
• Follow up on quotations and support the sales team in converting business opportunities.
• Monitor margins and profitability on individual shipments/accounts.
• Review customer-specific rates and contracts and update pricing when required.
• Assist in preparing tenders, RFQs, and annual/contract pricing proposals.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, rate approvals, and customer pricing.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce logistics costs.
• Support management with pricing reports, market information, and rate analysis.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or transportation pricing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of freight rates, Incoterms, surcharges, and logistics services.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quotation deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good coordination skills with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
