Job Summary

We are looking for a Pricing Executive with relevant logistics experience to manage quotations, freight rates, cost analysis, vendor pricing, and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share customer quotations based on logistics and transportation requirements.
• Analyze routes, shipment volumes, weight, dimensions, and service requirements for pricing.
• Collect, compare, and negotiate vendor/transporter rates.
• Maintain and update pricing/rate sheets and customer rate cards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, and Finance teams for pricing requirements.
• Support RFQs, tenders, and new business proposals with accurate pricing.
• Calculate transportation, freight, handling, warehousing, and other applicable costs.
• Ensure appropriate margins and profitability while preparing quotations.
• Monitor market rates and support cost optimization.
• Maintain pricing records, MIS, and quotation data.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in logistics pricing, freight pricing, commercial, or quotation management.
• Good understanding of logistics and transportation costs.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple pricing requests.

Preferred Experience: 3PL, FTL/PTL, Transportation, Freight, Express Logistics, RFQ/Tender Pricing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,651.61 per month
