Pricing Executive

Responsibilites and Duties:

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with slot operators, shipping agents, and internal trade teams.

· Coordinate the planning and movement of transshipment and export containers to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

· Coordinate with trade teams to maximize the utilization of allocated vessel slots and minimize space shortfall.

· Coordinate with agents and slot operators regarding planned shipments, vessel planning, cargo details, and other operational requirements.

· Maintain and update vessel planning, transshipment, and Dead Freight (DF) tracking sheets for different vessels and transshipment ports, along with daily operational summaries.

· Coordinate with slot operators and the Accounts Department for invoice verification, Statement of Account reconciliation, and confirmation of charges against agreed rates.

· Prepare and circulate required operational, invoice, and reports to management and relevant departments on a regular basis.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vessel planning, slot utilization, transshipment, cargo movement, and billing.

· Follow up with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, documentation, and billing issues in a timely manner.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, vessel operations, or slot management.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
