Role Purpose:
The Pricing Executive will support the end-to-end pricing and order-booking process by preparing, reviewing, and validating pricing proposals and commercial information. The role involves working closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing for services and products based on customer requirements and pricing templates.
- Review contracts, commercial terms, pricing assumptions, and associated risks.
- Prepare and analyze pricing models, P&L, rate cards, and commercial proposals.
- Perform internal and external benchmarking and deal analysis.
- Validate pricing calculations, resource costs, margins, and other financial inputs.
- Support Lead-to-Order and order-booking activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and pricing-related dashboards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Business teams for pricing approvals and clarifications.
- Review pricing against deal strategy and customer requirements.
- Identify pricing discrepancies, risks, and deviations and coordinate for corrective action.
