Pricing Executive ( Freight Forwarding )

On Time Express - Indonesia is part of the On Time Group/ YTO Express International specializing in providing Freight Forwarding Service.

Main Job Description & Responsibilities

• Receiving rate inquiry overseas agent & customer for Air freight, Sea freight (export and import)
• Monitoring Pricing division to find competitive rate to vendor
• Update monthly rate to HQ and Overseas agent
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to optimise costs
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and contractual obligations with clients and carriers

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
• 5 years experiences in forwarding/export import industry
• Well organized and able to working as team
• Excellent understanding of cost structures, profit margins, and pricing strategies in the logistics sector
• Good relationship and communication with vendors/other third party/overseas agent/customer
• Able to take a decision and solving problem
