Pricing Expert

We are looking for a Pricing Expert to drive end-to-end commercial strategy for CX opportunities. You will transform complex RFP/RFI requirements into competitive, profitable cost models. This role requires deep operational understanding of BPO environments and hands-on leverage of AI tools to accelerate document parsing and bid development.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing & Cost Modeling: Build bottom-up financial models (FTEs, productivity, shrinkage, ramp, support ratios) and structure optimal commercial terms (hourly, transaction-based, outcome-based). Run location-mix scenarios to protect group margin targets.
• RFP/RFI & Bid Support: Translate client SLAs, volumes, and coverage needs into pricing assumptions. Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to analyze multilingual bid docs and collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations on proposal delivery.
• Governance & Operational Alignment: Validate operational assumptions (AHT, occupancy, training) and cost all operational layers. Maintain benchmarks, refine pricing templates, and build approval materials for executive sign-off and live negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in pricing, solutioning, or commercial finance within the CX/BPO sector.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel financial modeling and active use of AI tools for document analysis.
• Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer support cost drivers (WFM, QA, Training, Leadership).
• Key Attributes: Fluent English, highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering under tight deadline pressure.
