Pricing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Intern to support our pricing team's daily activities. You will help track quotations, keep pricing records accurate, and make sure reports stay up to date. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international logistics and pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track quotations prepared and sent to customers, and record them in the relevant Excel file
• Keep quotation details updated, including costs, sales prices, assigned sales representatives, and acceptance status
• Coordinate with the pricing and sales teams to collect missing information and follow up on quotation status
• Assist with organizing and updating pricing agency rates
• Support the pricing team with daily operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (required)
• Based in Medellín and able to work from our office 3 days per week
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and comfortable following up with different teams
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or pricing is a plus
