Pricing Lead

The role is responsible for supporting pricing, promotions, and category planning to help drive sales growth, maintain market competitiveness, and improve customer engagement.

The position involves analyzing pricing and campaign data, monitoring competitor activity, preparing reports, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that pricing or promotional plans are executed accurately and on time.

The role also supports business decision-making by reviewing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending actions based on data. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, planning ability, and coordination with teams such as Buying, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, Demand, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Managing pricing, discount, and promotional strategies, ensuring its effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Help maintain competitiveness, margin protection, and business growth.
• Review results and suggest improvements based on data.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Business administration or a related field.
• Experience in pricing, merchandising, commercial planning, campaign execution, or retail/FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong skills in MS office, reporting, and data analysis.
• Good communication, coordination, and planning skills.
• Experience working with SAP has an advantage
