Pricing Lead

About The Role Own Superpay's pricing strategy, turning data and market intelligence into actionable pricing decisions that optimize revenue, margins, and customer experience while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and governance across Superpay's merchant network and comply to company standards.
• Manage the pricing activities, overseeing daily operations, quality, and campaign execution.
• Analyze pricing and operational data to uncover revenue opportunities, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Plan and execute discount and promotional rates with Marketing, Product, and Merchant teams.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales, margins, and customer behavior, and recommend data-backed adjustments.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Build dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, KPIs, and business trends for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel; SQL or power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented, improvement-driven approach.
