Pricing Professional / Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Professional to support and drive pricing excellence across the Asia Pacific Vehicle Lifetime Solution business. This role will be responsible for maintaining pricing structures, conducting commercial analysis, and providing strategic business insights to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Support – Southeast Asia (SEA) | 50%

• Prepare and submit annual price lists in accordance with HQ/AP guidelines.
• Support the preparation of RFQ Type 4 appendices for cost transfers.
• Respond to customer service price inquiries.
• Liaise with Purchasing and AP teams to update cost tables.
• Maintain pricing tables in SAP.

Sales Analysis – SEA | 30%

• Support sales, discount, and bonus planning.
• Prepare monthly analyses and reports on key business data.
• Conduct sales, price, and gross-margin variance analyses.
• Identify corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments.

Sales Analysis – AP | 20%

• Support AP Pricing with the consolidation of regional price lists.
• Support the formalization of annual AP pricing in alignment with HP-level requirements.
• Consolidate new costs for products developed by PGM.
• Review regional price lists and align pricing to minimize cross-border sales.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, sales analysis, or a related area.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience using SAP.
• Proven experience in detailed pricing and data analysis, with the ability to extract strategic and tactical insights, identify patterns, and make preliminary recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
