Pricing Reports Analyst (Non-Voice | Day Shift)

• Responsible for managing and executing pricing activities to support energy retail operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and effective multitasking skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, and compliance to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for residential and business customers. Work closely with sales and account management teams to provide tailored pricing and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Support the development and implementation of promotional pricing campaigns and special offers.
• Monitor and maintain pricing systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and wholesale energy costs to support pricing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
• Deliver accurate reports, insights, and recommendations to management on pricing performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the energy retail industry, preferably in pricing, billing, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Understanding energy market dynamics, retail pricing structures, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
