STATUS: Full Time, Part-time DEPARTMENT: Primary Care Institute ATTRIBUTES

• Full time Primary Care Float Physician (FM, IM or Med-Peds) to provide coverage at multiple locations in the Rochester/Finger Lakes area
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Ideal candidate would need to be comfortable working independently and within a group setting, contributing to the efforts of the entire team.

Licenses / Certifications Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Physical Requirements L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
