Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who wants to make a positive impact on lives through wellness and prevention while building long-term patient relationships. This is an ideal role to develop long-term primary care bonds with a younger adult population. Our model focuses on prevention and early intervention to manage whole health for our patients. This role would provide a high degree of autonomy, to essentially build your own practice over time, with training and support along the way.

The position comes with a salary plus bonus potential, and is full time 40 hrs per week Monday through Friday with paid holidays and PTO built in.

The ideal candidate has a personal interest in fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle, with a strong desire to engage patients and build long-term relationships to help them on their own personal health journeys.

What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient needs, with an emphasis on lifestyle modification and whole health.
• Draw labs, perform ECGs, and provide women's health including routine pelvic exams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions and medical histories.
• Provide education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies to patients and families.

Basic qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on primary care.
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in critical care or emergency medicine nusring is highly desirable/preferred.
• Previous experience in behavioral health settings is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
