Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician/General Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients with a wide range of healthcare needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of common illnesses and injuries, as well as managing chronic medical conditions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, alongside a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counselling, and referral, where necessary.
• Ordering lab tests and interpreting the test results.
• Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Meeting targets set by the government for specified treatments, e.g. child immunization.
• Keeping up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medicine from an accredited institution
• Valid PRC License
• Proven experience working as a General Practitioner or in a similar role
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient centered approach to healthcare
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
