Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and vital signs to accurately diagnose health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices across various specialties such as family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters, update medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory work, medical imaging such as CT scans or radiology reports, and other diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties like cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, dermatology, and others to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication management—including medication administration—and lifestyle modifications.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions effectively while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards such as NCQA standards.
• Offer telehealth consultations when appropriate to extend accessible care options for patients in various settings.

Experience

• Post-residency experience in primary care or related fields such as family medicine or internal medicine is required.
• Proven experience working with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms is essential for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and conduct patient assessments with attention to detail.
• Experience managing diverse patient populations across inpatient settings, outpatient clinics, or hospital environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance are necessary skills.
• Prior involvement in clinical research or participation in clinical trials can be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including specialists in anesthesiology, surgery, radiology, pathology—and engaging effectively with patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
