Compensation: $234,000-$268,000 annually

Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a Primary Care Physician in McKinleyville, California.

This outpatient position is designed for a physician who values relationship-centered care, clinical autonomy, and collaboration. Providers care for patients across the lifespan while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventive health and wellness
• Coordinate referrals and outside services when needed
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams
• Maintain appropriate medical documentation
• Support continuity and access to care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completed residency in an applicable primary care specialty
• Active California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active DEA registration
• Current CPR/BLS
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
