Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Family Practice Provider, either a F-NP or PA who values working in a small-town environment and is motivated by meaningful, long-term patient relationships. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a busy schedule with a warm, patient-centered approach. Flexibility with scheduling is available, including options for part-time or full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Maintain a strong focus on preventive care, building patient relationships, and supporting their long-term health goals.
• Collaborate closely with our supportive and dedicated team to coordinate patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures, if applicable, based on skill set and comfort level.
• Manage a full patient schedule, balancing quality patient care with efficient time management.

Qualifications:

• Certification in the NP specialty/Physician assistant national certification (PA-C)
• AZ State license
• Compassionate, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to patient care.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
