The successful applicant will need to demonstrate expertise in writing content for primary age children, and ideally is familiar with more academically capable and ambitious students. • Use AI tools and experiment with new approaches to improve writing workflows and efficiency

2. Collaboration, innovation and teaching

  • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of our writing and production process
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and Learning Leads to get constant feedback on the resources to create continuous improvement
  • Teach at least two classes a week (~1.5 hours each) to stay connected to our students, campuses and academic delivery model.
