Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Section.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective lesson planning, syllabus completion and classroom management.
• Monitor students’ academic progress, attendance, discipline and overall development.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, PTMs, events and school activities.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioural progress.
• Ensure implementation of school policies, teaching standards and classroom procedures.
• Support and mentor teachers in improving teaching practices and student engagement.
• Coordinate with the Principal, Vice Principal and other section coordinators.
• Maintain required academic records, reports and documentation.
• Address day-to-day student, teacher and parent concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, preferably with coordination/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Primary-level curriculum and assessment practices.
• Ability to manage teachers, students and parents effectively.
• Proficiency in English communication and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
