Primary Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and visionary Primary School Academic Coordinator to lead, manage, and elevate the academic and administrative standards of our Primary Wing. The successful candidate will act as the vital bridge between school management, faculty, and parents, ensuring the seamless implementation of a child-centric curriculum while fostering an environment of student excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Leadership: Direct the planning, development, and execution of the primary school curriculum. Review and mentor teachers on daily lesson execution to align with academic benchmarks.
• Faculty Supervision & Mentorship: Monitor pedagogical performance through structured classroom observations, providing constructive feedback and organizing professional development workshops.
• Student Assessment & Monitoring: Track granular student learning progress, oversee timely examinations, and formulate targeted remedial programs for students requiring additional academic tracking.
• Parent-Teacher Relations: Act as the primary point of resolution for academic concerns, managing communication and directing insightful parent-teacher alignment orientations.
• Event Administration: Strategize and coordinate co-curricular activities, special events, and annual functions to ensure complete holistic student development.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain systematic academic logs, reports, and documentation ensuring absolute compliance with governing C.B.S.E. board guidelines.

1. Essential Academic Qualifications:

• Education: A post-graduate or graduate degree in any core discipline from a recognized university.
• Teaching Certification: Mandatory professional degree in teaching such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), D.El.Ed., or equivalent state/national teacher training certification.

2. Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active classroom teaching experience inside a recognized primary school setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or administrative capacity

3. Core Competencies & Skills:

• Communication: Absolute command over written and spoken English, paired with refined conflict-resolution skills.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, expertise in early child development, and structured team coordination capabilities.
