Primary Coordinator

Job Location: Alandi ,Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Section (Grade 1–5). The candidate should ensure smooth curriculum execution, teacher support, and maintain high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Primary Section (Grade 1–5)
• Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and lesson planning
• Monitor classroom teaching and conduct regular observations
• Guide and mentor teachers for effective teaching practices
• Plan academic calendar, assessments, and school activities
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and concerns
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic targets
• Organize trainings/workshops for teachers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation + B.Ed (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Primary + 1–2 years in a similar role (preferred)

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of curriculum planning and execution
• Classroom observation and feedback skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills

Additional Note:

• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
